Lost Word Doc

    I downloaded Disk Drill Pro & tried to use a deep scan to recover a word doc that was deleted a couple weeks ago. I found the document BUT I can't scroll down the "Choose Folder" bar so I haven't been able to select a location to recover the file to. Please help!

    Have you completed the scan? Can you send the screenshot of what exactly doesn't work? I don't think there's a reason why the combo-box won't work in your case.

    Any way, save the scanning session asap.

    I saved the scanning session & restarted my computer...that did the trick. Thank you!
