I'm scanning a large volume (2TB) and so far it's recovered a couple of thousand files. However I can't view/open ANY of these. I understand how recovery works and I was expecting some files to be unusable (although the disk wasn't used after I lost the files), but I'm not sure why none of the files would work. This applies even to the document and rtf files that I have. Is this normal? Will the files somehow become readable once the scan is completely finished, or should I forget the quick scan and try a deep scan instead? Any help would be much appreciated!
